I went and ordered combos and even had the special. I added an appetiser to our order which was only 8$ the combos didn’t specify the drink was separate! So I have to pay 15/16$ for just combo and then another 4$ for the drink!? The same price for a buffet when I’m only getting a plate?! Ipayed almost 70$ for food that should have cost me 50$ I couldn’t even leave a tip! And the 3.5% up charge just for card is illegal! The waiter didn’t even come to ask if we needed anthing or for a refill I had to get up and almost beg for one!

Non pretentious place. What I would call Mexican sushi, lol. Delicious. Dining room is very unassuming but food is worth it.

A very unassuming place, tucked into an old plaza, but don't let that scare you away. Very friendly staff. I called and ordered takeout. We decided to try the California roll combo. Unfortunately, it did not come with a drink, but was only a little over 2 bucks more over and it included veggies and rice. The veggies were cooked/steamed well, but could use a little more flavor. I also ordered the Chipotle chicken plate. The Chipotle sauce was amazing! The chicken however was tough and dry. But, with the sauce covering it, it went down ok. The Chipotle sauce tasted so good, you could put it on a dog turd and I would eat it. The portions are huge and the plate is definitely going to make me 2 meals! I felt like i got alot of food for the price. The California roll was good, not to fishy and the crab flavor came through fresh and lite. The rice was the perfect consistency to hold it all together. Laredo actually has a lot of good sushi places, so there is a bunch of competition and comparison going on and this one was just ok comparably speaking. The atmosphere needs a little help, and the parking lot needs sealing, but it is not uncomfortable and we did find a spot

Hands down. Best sushi place in Laredo. The place is not so fancy as others I've been to, but the sushi itself is outstanding. Well served, not expensive, quick service. The edamames are great as well as the gyozas so I highly recommend these for starting, then we ordered a couple of sushis, Makushi and Leos (breaded), and both were amazingly good. There are also a few vegan/vegetarian options which is really appreciated.
